Composition:
An exceptional herbal mixture composed of green “Mate” tea, licorice root, pieces of Ceylon cinnamon, anise, lemon verbena, aloe vera, stinging nettle, mint, currant leaves, and ginseng.
Preparation:
1 teaspoon goes to 2.5 – 3 dcl of water.
1 L of water is 1 soup spoon.
Water temperature 100°C.
Keep covered in water for 3-5 minutes
