Composition:
Herbal mixture composed of anise seeds, Ceylon cinnamon, linden flowers, lemon balm, green Mate tea, licorice root, heather flowers, pieces of ginger, cloves, and cardamom.
Preparation:
1 teaspoon goes to 2.5 – 3 dcl of water.
1 L of water is 1 soup spoon.
Water temperature 100°C.
Keep covered in water for 5 – 8 min.
