Composition:
The most famous Oolong teas come from Taiwan, including this high-quality Oolong tea with up to 70% fermentation. The taste is full, slightly astringent, the cup is slightly red in color, which is why they are also called red teas. Like many Oolong teas, it is one of the extremely healthy teas.
Preparation:
1 teaspoon per 2.5 – 3 dcl of water.
1 L of water is 1 soup spoon.
Water temperature 85 – 95°C.
Keep covered in water for 2 – 4 min.
