Composition:
We are proud to present another Japanese classic. Due to its processing, appearance and taste, it occupies a special place among Japanese teas. Like Gyokuro tea, it is sheltered from the sun before picking, resulting in leaves full of chlorophyll and antioxidants, and is extremely aromatic. Recommendation of the House!
Preparation:
1 teaspoon per 2.5 – 3 dcl of water.
1 teaspoon per 1L of water soup spoon.
Water temperature 70 – 80°C.
Keep covered in water for 2 – 3 min.
