Composition:
Belongs to the very top of the range of Chinese green teas. Due to the many young leaves, it is also considered a white tea, and the leaf itself is artistically twisted, the cup is bright, with a pleasant refreshing aroma.
Preparation:
At 2.5 – 1 teaspoon for 3 dcl of water.
1 tablespoon for 1 L of water.
Water temperature 70 – 80°C
Hold in water covered for 2 – 3 min.
