Composition:
A true specialty among Pu Erh teas. Pu Erh has a special place in the Chinese tradition of tea production and consumption. It is extremely healthy and has the characteristics of black and oolong tea. The cup is dark, with a slightly earthy taste, and another interesting thing about Pu Erh is that the older it is, the better its quality.
Preparation:
At 2.5 – 3 dcl of water is 1 teaspoon.
1 L of water is 1 soup spoon.
Water temperature 90 – 95°C.
Keep covered in water for 2 – 4 min.
