Ingredients:
Probably one of the most prized among oolong teas, this specialty differs from the others due to its “filigram” processing, as indicated by the white tips of the leaves. The cup is slightly red in color, with an exceptionally balanced taste.
Preparation:
At 2.5 – 3 1 teaspoon per dcl of water.
1 tablespoon per 1 L of water.
Water temperature 80 – 90°C.
Keep covered in water 1 – 3 min.
