Ingredients:
Herbal tea composed of lemon grass, hibiscus, chamomile flowers, mint, licorice, currants, elder and cactus flowers, and ginger.
Preparation:
1 teaspoon per 2.5 – 3 dcl of water.
1 L of water is 1 soup spoon.
Water temperature 100oC.
Keep covered in water for 5 min.
